For its new-for-2019 Insight, Honda isn’t choosing to spotlight only its hybrid pedigree and EPA fuel-economy ratings—which are as high as 52 mpg combined—instead focusing its pitch on the Insight being a quiet, comfortable, very well-equipped sedan that happens to carry some eye-popping efficiency numbers.
