Like many other Land Rover models the Evoque receives an infotainment overhaul for 2021. All Evoques now come standard with the brand's new Pivi Pro software interface, which is simpler to use and offers more modern features such as over-the-air update capability. A new Online Pack package is available and includes a wireless smartphone charging pad, a Wi-Fi hotspot, and Spotify integration.
PROS Fashionable exterior, tailored interior appearance, brand-name recognition.
CONS Tight rear-passenger space, smaller-than-average cargo area, poor highway fuel economy.
The 2021 Land Rover Range Rover Evoque sports a classy interior and solid off-road prowess, but its powertrain is mediocre, and passenger and cargo space are just so-so. This vehicle doesn't have an overall score or ranking because it hasn't been fully crash tested.
PROS Well-appointed cabin Capable off-roader
CONS Subpar fuel economy Small back seat Inconsistent transmission
Land Rover plays with a winning formula just enough. The Evoque remains a stylish, accomplished choice.
PROS It's still got the look, inside and out. Visual class is backed by road refinement
CONS Cramped for a crossover. Expensive
Pros Powerful six-cylinder engine delivers quick acceleration More cargo space than most rivals Handles and brakes like a sport sedan
Cons Too many creaks and squeaks from interior trim More road and wind noise in the cabin than in competitors Some controls are needlessly complicated
Following a more thorough refresh for the 2021 model year, the F-Pace is largely unchanged for 2022 and continues to offer the same powertrains, features, and designs as last year's model.
Pros Inspired handling for an SUV, refined engines, roomy cargo bay.
Cons Infotainment system needs some kinks worked out, ride is stiff on larger wheels, cabin’s storage cubbies are dinky.
Pros Athletic ride and handling Muscular optional engines Spacious, high-end interior Intuitive infotainment system
Cons High starting price Underwhelming power with base engine
