For 2019, the Lincoln MKT eliminates last year's base V6 engine, optional rear entertainment system and inflatable rear safety belts. In return, all models now come standard with an adaptive suspension, a panoramic sunroof, premium audio and advanced safety features. The Premiere trim name has also been dropped.

Volkswagen has given its compact SUV a handsome styling refresh for 2022 to help it look at home alongside the restyled Atlas and new Atlas Cross Sport mid-size SUVs. New LED headlamps, revised grille and bumpers, and new wheel designs give the 2022 Tiguan a more modern appearance.
