Expert Reviews

Expert reviews:

Like the base F-Pace, the high-performance SVR model receives a few exterior styling revisions for 2021. The powertrain also gains a bit more torque, which should improve acceleration, and Jaguar tweaked the transmission tuning. Inside, a 11.4-inch curved glass touchscreen displays the brand's Pivi Pro infotainment system, and new faux-suede accents adorn the door panels and redesigned dashboard.

PROS
Nice ride and handling balance,
big-power V-8 engine,
lovely exterior styling.

CONS
Other rivals are quicker,
doesn't offer Porsche-level handling sharpness,
middling fuel economy.

Pros
Subtle but effective design tweaks,
clever and charismatic interior makeover,
ride handling and performance

Cons
P400 is a bit juicy,
needs gloss black finish to avoid looking ever so slightly old hat
